 We are promoting free training for travel agents via webinars. Throughout the past few months, we’ve been hosting Webinars to help Spanish travel agents to learn more about Sandos Hotels & Resorts. With this information, they can offer better service to their customers and learn more about the philosophies and services found at each of the hotels.

The seminars were done directly online, with the possibility to ask questions at the end of each session. At the end of the course, all of the seminars can be seen online through YouTube.

Also, after each session, 5 Sandos gift packages were raffled among the participants, and a resort stay is being given away to one of the people who attended ALL of the seminars*.

*The prize consists of a stay at any of our hotels, to be chosen by the winner. Seven nights at Sandos Playacar, Sandos Caracol, and Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos, or five nights at Sandos Cancun, Sandos Papagayo, Sandos San Blas and Sandos Monaco. The drawing has been done through the Sortea2 platform among those who attended all the seminars. Anyone who signed up for all the seminars but didn’t attend all of them was not included, as well as those who attended some but not all. The prize is personal and non-transferable, and at no time can it be exchanged for its cash value. Use of the stay will be done on request and is subject to hotel availability, and the reservation must be done through the Call Center before the end of 2014. The winner will be informed via the e-mail he/she provided when signing up. If the winner has not responded within 7 days of the e-mail being sent, a new winner will be contacted.
