Jet2 Awards 3 Sandos Spain Resorts with its Hotel Quality Awards
Sandos San Blas ranks among the best All Inclusive hotels throughout Europe – something we’ve known for a long time here at Sandos, but now it is official! British travel company Jet2 Holidays has named the winners of its Hotel Quality Awards, a recognition that honors good service in the hospitality industry throughout the previous year, and Sandos San Blas is among the most highly awarded.

Sandos San Blas Nature Resort & Golf, a 5-star property in Tenerife, Canary Islands, has been given a special award for its All Inclusive service, a distinction only given to two other hotels. This award is based primarily on the quality of the food and services offered to guests. Among the resort’s highlights are “the wide variety and quality of the food, the premium drink brands, and the great kindness and friendliness of the staff, complemented by the large quantity of open areas as well as local nature and culture,” explained Raul Barahona, Commercial Director for Sandos in the Canary Islands.
In addition, Sandos San Blas as well as Sandos Papagayo and Sandos Monaco have all received the Quality Award, which is given to a total of 200 establishments out of the 3,500 hotels that Jet2 has in its catalogue, competing with the best hotels throughout Europe. With this award, all Sandos resorts in Spain have been recognized this year.

According to TripAdvisor, one of the main travel review websites, 80% of internet users check from 6 to 12 opinions before booking their trip, which means that the use of online reviews and reputation has become an all-important aspect for hotels and travel agencies over the past several years.
