We have many bars at Sandos Playacar, from the lobby bar for socializing at check-in to the modern bar by the Gran Plaza, but our favorite bar is Iztapalapa! Iztapalapa is our poolside bar, and it’s here where you can order the drink of your choice to enjoy during a hot day in Playa del Carmen. You’ll find the bar under the massive palapa, or just order a cocktail straight from one of the poolside waiters.

Considering its location atop a cliff between Downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Pacific Ocean, it was to be expected that our favorite bar at Sandos Finisterra has some pretty incredible views. Open in the evenings, Whale Watchers Bar is an adults oriented bar with contemporary design along with WiFi access and a terrace with panoramic ocean views so you can, like the name says, see the whales swim along the coast in the winter season.
