Sandos Commitment to segmentation

Sandos Hotels & Resorts continues innovating. The last idea that is been applied to the managed hotels in Spain and Mexico is to create three product lines, according to the experience that each hotel offers the customer: Eco Experience, Beach Experience and Luxury Experience.

San Blas Nature Resort & Golf (Tenerife) and Caracol Eco Resort & Spa (Riviera Maya) are included in the ‘green’ line or Eco Experience. So, guests of these hotels can enjoy environmental education activities and know about Canary and Mayan cultures.

The peculiarity of these hotels is to bring local traditions and ecological tourism, in a very special environment. El Caracol is surrounded by the Caribbean mangrove, whose wonders can be enjoyed thanks to the innovative project Xcalacoco Experience, while San Blas Reserva Ambiental has a unique landscape conserved as it was thousands of years ago.

Sandos Monaco Beach Hotel & Spa (Benidorm), Sandos Papagayo Beach Resort (Lanzarote) and Sandos Playacar Beach Resort (Riviera Maya), line up the ‘blue’, or Beach Experience, offering a comfortable and pleasant way to enjoy Levante, Papagayo and del Carmen beaches.

The latest acquisition of the chain, Sandos Cancun Luxury Experience Resort, represents the most exclusive of the chain. The ‘red’ line meets in this hotel located between the Caribbean Sea and Laguna Nichupte, with luxurious rooms, a modern spa, culinary experiences and more.

In one of these three lines will now be included all establishments that will be incorporated into the chain. The colors of the brand image and new names of hotels in Spain will reflect this new business strategy.
