Visit the Timanfaya National Park
The landscapes of Lanzarote are as impressive as they are peculiar. Part of that charm we owe to Timanfaya National Park. The absence of vegetation, it’s color palettes, volcano silhouettes, and the steep coast; give Timanfaya extraordinary beauty. We recommend you to visit the Valley of tranquility; silence will intoxicate you.
Papagayo Beach: A Little Paradise to Lose Yourself In
It is an entirely virgin area protected with coves of white sands and crystal clear waters with greenish tints. In them, you can dive like a swimming pool. As a recommendation, very close is Playa del Congrio, one of the coves on this coast where you will not find anyone.
Caleta de Famara
It is ideal for spending a day at the beach where you can walk for miles. Its impressive cliff will offer you beautiful views of the “river” between Lanzarote and La Graciosa. Hopefully, if the day is not cloudy, you can photograph the Risco de Famara’s reflection on the beach in the wet sand.
Paisaje Protegido La Geria
If you want to surprise your partner, let yourself be seduced by the wine region of La Geria, a set of conical excavations in the volcanic earth, which welcomes each vine and protects it from the wind with small stone walls. The result is delicious wines with a Designation of Origin. Ideal for wine lovers.
