How to Make Your Suitcase Matter
Now you can help the local community just by filling your suitcase on your next vacation! Each of our Sandos resorts in Mexico is now a proud member of Pack for a Purpose. This organization allows travelers (like you!) to create an impact in the communities near our resorts when you fly to Mexico
Pack for a Purpose
Here’s how you can participate with us in Pack for a Purpose:
1. Leave a few extra pounds worth of space in your suitcase
2. Use that space to pack items that you can donate to local schools and clinics
3. Give those items to us here at your Sandos Mexico resort!
Sandos Caracol, Sandos Playacar and Sandos Cancun will all be supporting our “Help Us Help Others” program, benefiting the local Xyaat organization. Xyaat supports Mayan villages throughout the Zona Maya region, just south of the Riviera Maya.
Donations to Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos will go toward the “United to Help” organization, supporting local communities, schools and shelters in the Cabo San Lucas region.

We are so happy that you partner with Pack for a Purpose! With their guidance, we took school supplies to Rwanda in 2015. We are excited to bring supplies to you on our Mexico visit! Question: we stopping in Guadalajara to see a friend in the Peace Corps before coming to the resort. IS there a way we can get the supplies to one of your representatives at the airport in GDL?
