The Sandos Hotels & Resorts staff graduates from Sandos Institute

As a result of two years of work and effort, our employees (or “Sandistas”, as we usually call ourselves) at Sandos had their graduation ceremony a couple of days ago at the resort.

This is the fourth class of professionals to graduate from the Sandos Institute, highlighting the mutual commitment between human resources and the company.

The Sandos Institute provides the opportunity for employees to professionalize their knowledge with a program designed by Magdalena Rodriguez Mendoza that includes all the characteristics of a licensed course. In fact, the program has already been officially validated by Mexico’s Secretary of Public Education and the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare.

On November 6, both of these governmental organizations granted the Sandos Institute with an Official Validity of Studies in the Travel Gastronomy field.

For Sandos Hotels & Resorts and the Sandos Institute, it’s vital that we contribute to continual improvement through training. We also want to certify the work of our employees in order to acknowledge their efforts and give them better opportunities and quality of life by increasing their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

After the graduation ceremony, the graduates shared a Mexican dinner with their family members and the executive team at our All Inclusive hotels in Mexico, as well as the corporate team from the Sandos Hotels & Resorts chain.

Sandos Institute appreciates the effort and dedication of its students and graduates, as well as their commitment to their profession and career path within the company.
